Miranda has demonstrated courage by taking on tasks outside the "design" scope and completing them satisfactorily. Miranda goes above and beyond to ensure that planning sessions, ideation with SMEs and collaboration within the squad run smoothly; by doing adequate prep work. Currently she is helping us with some BA work, some of which involves Analytical thinking, and she has been of immense help to our squad.

Miranda jumped in headfirst on the MIMO squad when she started and has flourished. She quickly was able to take over the design and research work soon after joining and owned it. She's ultra responsive to team requests, detail oriented, collaborative, willing to try a new way of working (agile), the list goes on! Two people have sent me the most glowing feedback on Miranda describing how much of an asset she is for the squad.

The design team is newer to finding ways to work with Analytics squads. Miranda jumped in with enthusiasm on the machine learning squad ideating through new ways we might adapt workshop and meeting formats for this new kind of partnership. Moreover, the squad won't necessarily have a visual or UI component to it - something that often excludes designers but Miranda has found ways to add value to the squad through research.
